FAQs
Is BotWiz free?
At this time, BotWiz is no longer offering free plans. Bacio has stated that this may change in the near future; however, nothing is confirmed. You can continue to develop bots on BotWiz for completely free but deploying them is restricted to exclusively premium users. For updates on this and for competitions and giveaways for a chance to win BotWiz premium, please join the BotWiz Discord server. Find out more information on premium and methods through which it can be obtained at Premium.
How do I keep my bot online?
BotWiz provides premium hosting integrated directly into our platform when using a premium subscription. This includes keeping your bot online for as long as you need, with a 99.99% uptime.*
To manage your bot's status, navigate to the General Settings section of your dashboard, where you can choose to set it online, restart it, or take it offline. Restarting your bot is useful for if it is slow or not responding. Find out more about troubleshooting at Debugging.

*Prior uptime statistics are not indicative of future uptime. Purchasing a premium package does not constitute any sort of service-level agreement with BotWiz in regard to uptime.

Support Information
Our Support Team is currently small, and while the vast majority of questions receive a response fairly swiftly— most within less than 12 hours— some more complex topics such as those involving complex event creation instructions/guides may take longer to address.
We're actively working on reducing these delays to ensure our customers are served as best as possible. Rest assured, improvements are coming! In the meantime, we kindly ask you for your patience and that you refrain from pinging staff members if not absolutely necessary. Your question will be answered as soon as possible.
BotWiz thanks you for your enthusiasm towards the platform and learning how it operates.
