FAQs
Is BotWiz free?
BotWiz offers free plans along with a variety of premium options. When signing up for a premium subscription, feel free to select the features you wish to pay for.
On a free plan, users can create custom and complex systems on their bot, however this will come with a few limitations, such as on the amount of commands that can be created. Though, bots with a free plan will still receive free hosting.
While premium membership is available for purchase, BotWiz also offers several opportunities to earn free premium, allowing you to experience what it is like to become a premium member. This includes earning tokens, such as by winning a competition at our Discord Server. Find out more information and ways to earn premium at Premium.
How do I keep my bot online?
BotWiz provides free hosting, whether you are using a free plan or a premium subscription. This includes keeping your bot online for as long as you need, with a 99.99% uptime.
To manage your bot's status, navigate to the General Settings section of your dashboard, where you can choose to set it online, restart it, or take it offline. Restarting your bot is useful for if it is slow or not responding. Find out more about troubleshooting at Debugging.
