Is DashWiz free?

DashWiz offers free plans along with a variety of premium options. When signing up for a premium subscription, feel free to select the features you wish to pay for.

On a free plan, users can create custom and complex pages for their bot, however this will come with a few limitations, such as on the amount of collections that can be created. Though, websites with a free plan will still receive free hosting.

How do I keep my website online?

DashWiz provides free hosting, whether you are using a free plan or a premium subscription. This includes keeping your website online for as long as you need, with a 99% uptime.

We also provide you the option to hide your pages from your users, this helps negate confusion while you work on your website.

Need Help & Support?

If at any point our documentation or guides page doesn't answer your question, we have a Support Server available to offer you support! This includes:

• Helping you navigate our documentation, guides or websites;

• Helping you start your very first custom website at DashWiz; and

• Helping you understand how to create a custom collection or page.

When creating a support post, you must provide ample detail into your issue.

Response Times

Currently, our Support Team is small. Although most posts receive a response within 12 hours, some posts are unique and require a heavy amount of support. If you wish to ask us how to create a complex creation, please expect to wait longer. Only a select few of our team can help with most queries.

We do plan on decreasing these wait times, do not worry! However, please remain patient, avoid pinging our team and you will have a reply soon enough. Thank you for your enthusiasm for learning DashWiz; we appreciate your patience!

Bug Reports & Suggestions

If at any point you find a bug, please join our Discord Server to report it. Every bug report must be reported at the channel called bugs. Here, please open a post and provide a description of your bug, what steps you took to experience it, and paste the URL you was using.

Feel free to visit our Discord Server for any suggestions. You can do so by entering the server, and heading to a channel called suggestions. Don't hesitate to create a post to publish your ideas on any new addition for our documentation, guides or ideas for DashWiz's website.

With our bug reports and suggestions, we always respond. You will hear back from us whether your report was accepted or denied. We do not provide ETAs for bug resolutions, or for when an accepted suggestion will be implimented. Please be patient!
