Whitelabeling

We allow premium users to change the domain of the website, you can do this trough our whitelabeling tab. Here you'll be able to add your own custom subdomain to dashwiz.dev or add a whole custom domain.

Add your own domain

Start by clicking on "New Domain"

Now type in your own domain name.

After which DashWiz will do it's thing and add your domain. Here are the steps and what they mean.

Domain Check

DashWiz will make sure that your domain is valid and not registered just yet.

Registering Domain

DashWiz will add the domain to cloudflare and make sure it's reachable.

Setting up Domain

DashWiz will check if the nameservers are set correctly, make sure to follow the instructions shown at this step, these are very important.

Validating Domain

Here DashWiz will check Cloudflare to validate that the domain has been registered and can be reached.

SSL Certification

When DashWiz attempts to request an SSL certificate, it often fails initially because the nameservers specified during domain setup are still pending. Don't worry if you encounter this error. Simply wait for a while and try again. We will discuss this further below.

Nameservers

It can take a while for the nameservers to update, this isn't a DashWiz issue but a general Cloudflare issue. As long that you see the "Make sure you have the following nameservers registered..." https won't work and you can't request a new SSL.

If the message disappears, click "Retry SSL." You should receive a success message. If not, contact support for assistance.
