Timed Events

View and manage your timed events made with BotWiz

The timed events page allows you to modify and view your timed events you have created with BotWiz. Here you can edit, delete and view your current timed events.

The layout for timed events is also the same as the commands and events page. However, when creating a new timed event the modal that appears differs.

All timed events must have a schedule or interval defined. Selecting interval will allow you to define a timeframe for how often the event should be triggered with the minimum value being every 30 seconds.

Selecting Scheduled will allow you to define a timezone and time for the event to trigger. This will trigger the event on the time you defined. Note, sometimes servers may restart on the defined time. However, should this happen, the bot will trigger the event as soon as it is back up and ready.

You can define multiple scheduled times for the event to trigger. However they will all abide by the timezone you have selected when you press 'Create'. You are unable to define a seprate timezone or guild for individual schedules for a single timed event.

We cannot say 100% that scheduled events will ALWAYS trigger on time. Some unforseen situations can prevent it or cause a delay. Please keep this in mind.

To edit the timed event, you can select the '->' button on the right side of the event in your events list to open the builder and start creating the flow of the timed event.
